Security Signed and Sealed
mtG is one of only 12 German companies to have been accredited as a test centre
for IT security in the area of Common Criteria. The demanding registration procedure
at the Federal Office for Security in Information Technology took more than six
months. In this way, mtG has emphatically proven the professional competence of its
employees and the effectiveness of the company's own quality management.
The globally defined Common Criteria are an international standard (ISO/IEC 15408)
which make it possible to evaluate and compare the IT security of products and systems.
IT security certificates according to Common Criteria are internationally recognised,
increase confidence in products and are often a requirement for use, for example in an
eGovernment environment.
The main focus in the mtG test centre is on consulting for users and manufacturers and on product evaluation in the topics:
